Tameside Winter Celebration – Northern Lights

Thank you to everyone who came to or participated in Northern Lights – Tameside Winter Celebration! We were overwhelmed with the support of the people in Hyde who braved the cold to line the route, be part of the parade and watch as Father Christmas turned on the town’s Christmas lights.

We’d like to offer some special thanks to all of the community groups who worked with us to make this event happen so thank you to:
✨ Khush Amdid for making the beautiful fox lanterns and leading the parade
✨ HSD73 HQ Home of Dance Culture at Hyde School of Dance for choreographing their own dance routines for the parade and designing and making their own costumes
