Pangyo – South Korea residency

In 2016 we went global with a month-long residency in South Korea. Handmade Parade artists Andrew Kim and Sue Walpole as creative directors worked closely with South Korean Artists Eum Jeong Ae and Kim Jiwoong along with a wonderful team of assistant artists and volunteers. Todmorden Fantastical Cycle Parade

In celebration of the Tour de France in Yorkshire, the Fantastical Cycle Parade was a glorious ride through the streets of Todmorden with bicycles, tricycles, scooters, prams and wheelchairs transformed into all manner of strange and wonderful creatures, bugs and beasts.
